New Blast Chillers with Touch Screen

We would like to introduce you to our new blast chiller/freezer range: the BLCA-X. It has all the great functions from our previous models, but with an easy-to-use touch screen controller.

You can choose from one of the pre-set programs or create your own recipes. It is also possible to download data for HACCP purposes. You can see the many options for the new units in the product introduction video.

The new BLCA-X range comes in four sizes with room for 3, 5, 10, or 14 GN1/1 pans. It has guides for both gastronorm and euronorm pans, making it ideal for restaurants and bakeries alike. 

Blast chillers are widely used in professional kitchens when food needs to be cooled rapidly and hygienically. Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the color, texture, and taste of the food.
